A rare and magnificent rosewood cupboard-type apothecary chest with fabulous inlays of mother-of-pearl, brass, copper and silver. Rarely seen double folding doors. Made by Macord & Hora, 58 The Minories, London, 1894. Fine and ornate floral engravings embellish the florets on and about the brass drawer pull. Bottles are all original, with facetted spherical, ground-glass stoppers and bearing their original labels and contents.
