The Falcon Faradic Battery was especially designed for family use.  The current is generated by a single shielded muriate of ammonia dry cell.  Its advantage over the bichromate of potash battery is that it maintains an even power and intensity until exhausted, it requires no recharging, there is no fluid to be spilled and it is activated by a single switch.  The vibrations produced are regular and the current is free from uneven pulsations, the effect upon the patient being pleasant and soothing.  The apparatus is furnished with a metallic foot plate, sponge disc electrodes, conducting cords and handles.
