Munde’s Placental Curette incorporates a long slender tapering shaft terminating in a loop-shaped fenestra.  The border of the fenestra is rounded upon the outer and flattened upon the inner surface, so that both dull and sharp curettage may be performed with a single instrument.  Its octagonal ebony handle is checquered on a single side indicating the position of the curette’s rounded surface.  A splendid example, unsigned.
