Elegant Circular Scarificator, French, mid 19th century, 4.5 cm in diameter, of a non-tarnishing alloy (likely maillechort) and portions that are nickel plated and with flutig to the alloy.  With steel cocking lever signed “ORTHOS” and trigger release, this eight-bladed scarificator is in fine functional condition.
