An unusual and scarce group of obstetrical crochets and blunt hook remarkable for their finely turned, smooth, bulbous handles fashioned from boxwood, with brass ferrules and decorative grooves (on the crochets).  All are of un-plated steel, with square and round shafts, unmarked, and in VFC.
