Koeberle’s Constrictor is a strongly built, diminutive wire ecraseur consisting of a slotted shaft, in the lumen of which, and attached to the terminal portion of the instrument, a double-threaded screw is caused to revolve by means of a flattened handle. Traveling along this screw is a nut with a projection to which a wire is attached.
