A fine example of Ludham's design employing opposing bands of spring-steel each attached to opposite sides of a wheel at both central and proximal points.  By this arrangement the position of the endocervical probe is changed in a manner that mirrors the position of the thumb-lever.  Plated steel, unsigned, slip-case.
