A scarce set of Hartz’s Uterine Dilators and Electrodes in a fitted mahogany case signed Chidsey & Partridge, Boston (1886-1900). Robert G. Chidsey left Goldthwiate & Co. in 1886 to join George L. Partridge in business. The later was removed to San Francisco to open shop in 1887.
