An exceptional vaginal irrigation device finely crafted from horn and ivory.  The two turned ivory fittings on the proximal end allow for the introduction of an irrigant via an ivory pipe to the distal most end and the other the egress of the effluent and debris from slots positioned proximal to those at the distal end.  The craftsmanship is exquisite and its novel design is remarkably functional.  Condition is excellent noting a lovely patina to the ivory commensurate with its age.
