Gaily decorated “Grand Eguisier”, French, late 19th century with instructions present on the underside of the lid.  Made of porcelain with metal fittings, standing 24cm. Overall, the pump is activated by rack-work and has a stopcock below.  Colorful, hand done, floral cascades and insects adorn the porcelain.
