A scarce example of Baumgartner’s Forceps signed by London maker Coxeter, silver plated, checquered ebony handle, closure of the forceps is accomplished by advancing the outer sheath towards the distal end that effectively reapproximates the serrated jaws in a gradual but firm manner.
