A rare example of Bozeman’s needle holder for vesico-vaginal repair from a set by New York maker G. Tiemann and bearing their trade label indicative of their address from 1833-55.  Instruments devised by Bozeman for vesico-vaginal fistula are generally quite different from those proposed by Sims and is, in part, a reflection of their mutual disdain for each other.
