A splendid and scarce example of Roux’s form, French, finely made and intended for use during vaginal surgery and particularly the repair of vesicovaginal fistulas as described in Bourgery and Jacobs Supplement, plate-I, figure-12:  “Porte-aiguille’s for vaginal fistulas.”
