Nathan Bozeman (1825-1905) was a contemporary of Sims and Emmet who took every opportunity to criticize either of his colleagues.  His interests centered around the repair of vesical and faecal fistulas in women, dealing with the complication of pylitis by catheterization of the ureter through a vesico-vaginal opening. He devised a great many instrument for this purpose.  - Amer.
