Nathan Bozeman (1825-1905) was a contemporary of Sims and Emmet who took every opportunity to criticize either of the latter.  His interests centered around the repair of vesical and faecal fistulas in women, dealing with the complication of pyelitis by catheterization of the ureter through a vesicovaginal opening. He devised a great many instrument for this purpose.  - Amer.
