Simon’s - Sim’s Vaginal Retractor- Speculum is so far removed in its general design from the model of Sims that it might, with propriety, be termed a retractor, the name given to it by its designer.  It is frequently used in connection with a speculum of the Sims model and was available in plain or leather clad blades.
